Our clients run a contemporary restaurant and bar offering quality dining and drinking, part of a small family run group of premium establishments.
The menu is based on seasonal produce and locally inspired taking a modern approach but we are also keen on the good old favourites and there's lots of sharing boards, which gives you the chance to try different foods.
They are currently looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef to join a team of staff in their fantastic restaurant. A fantastic opportunity to join a growing company. You will need good gastro or fine dining experience and some experience of managing a team.
The job will consist of split shifts, on week days you will be doing covers of around 50/60 covers per pay, and on weekends around 100 per day.
