This succesful restaurant in Oxfordshire is looking to double its existing operation and is looking for a good chef de partie to work under its 2 Michelin Star trained chef.
It already has 2AA Rosettes and will be looking to improve upon that.

Current covers are 80 served by a brigade of 9 chefs.
The position requires 9 shifts with Sunday evening, Monday and one other day off.
Salary for the right chef de partie is set at a realistic £17/18K but you will need the expertise and experience to go with it.
