Chef de Partie needed to produce high quality, high standard modern British Cuisine in a celebrated theatre setting.
There is a 150 cover restaurant backed by 50 seater bar style food rising to 130 in the summer. Being a theatre restaurant, as with the plays, timing is of the escense. Standard is around 2AA Rosette level.
You will be part of a 14 strong brigade working 5 long straights out of 7. The position is exceptionally well paid for outside of London at £21k comprising salary and Tronc.
