This restaurant with around 60 covers and a newly awarded Michelin Star is looking for a junior sous to sous chef to bring the brigade up to 4. A Star is an amazing feat with such a small brigade.
The Curlew was originally a coaching Inn but is currently a home for everything that is modern and fresh.
Basic salary is from £21k to £26k negotiable which with ostensibly free live in, makes a substantial package approaching towards £30k.
