My client are a stunning city centre hotel who are currently looking to appoint a Bistro Chef to work in their busy day and evening bistro. You will be required to prepare and serve to to 40 meals over the lunchtime rush making salads/burgers/light meals and then serving afternoon tea's later in the day.
All meals are prepared from fresh seasonal ingredients and you much show a real flair and passion for the food you create.
You will be required to work a combination of straight and split shifts working 5 days over 7 usually 50 hours per week.
